FixerFieldLive

Your field work, your vans and your money, on one screen.

FixerField is built for recurring service work: the visits that repeat, the technicians who drive to them, the stock that goes out in the van, and the invoices that should follow the same week. Live now, and free to try.

Nothing to install. Works on any phone from the browser.

If any of this sounds like your week

  • •The schedule lives in a spreadsheet, and only one person really understands it.
  • •A visit happened, or it did not, and nobody can prove which.
  • •Stock leaves the store, goes into a van, and is never seen again on paper.
  • •Work gets done for weeks before anyone raises the invoice for it.
  • •Customers ring to ask when you are coming.

FixerField was built for exactly those five, and it keeps the record of what happened, so you are never arguing from memory.

What is inside

Twelve parts, one operation

Everything on this list is in the app today. Nothing here is a plan.

Recurring schedules

Set up a series once (customer, frequency, days, time) and the jobs generate on a rolling window. An existing schedule can be imported from a spreadsheet.

Dispatch that thinks

Assignment suggestions are sorted by distance and by how loaded each technician already is. Reschedule one job, or cover an absence and reassign somebody’s whole day at once.

Customers and chains

B2B or B2C, addresses and contacts, and the services each customer gets. Parent and branch hierarchies for chains, with consolidated billing on the parent.

The technician phone app

Same site, simplified Today view, added to the home screen. Navigate to the job, start it with a before photo, finish it with an after photo, signature and materials used.

Inventory and van stock

Products with stock levels, reorder points and unit cost. Stock deducts when materials are recorded on a job. Issue stock to a van, record returns, see each technician’s live float, and reconcile when you physically check the van.

Invoices

Raise an invoice from a completed job, or bill a parent’s branch jobs on one consolidated invoice with line items. Mark paid with date and method, or leave it outstanding.

Field payments, confirmed

Money collected on site arrives as a claim. An admin or supervisor confirms it, which marks the invoice paid and creates one if there was none, and every confirmation records who and when.

Complaint tickets

A complaint raised at job completion opens a ticket routed to that location’s supervisor, and resolving it records who resolved it. Nothing depends on somebody remembering.

Reports

Invoiced, paid, outstanding and overdue on the money side. Technician capacity on the work side. The dashboard shows jobs today, upcoming, open tickets and missed jobs.

Customer portal

Every customer gets a private link with no login: upcoming visits, service history and invoices. It is the feature that stops the "when are you coming" calls.

Alerts that reach you

A live notification bell for payments waiting to be confirmed, complaint tickets, low stock, missed jobs, overdue invoices and capacity over-limits, each one linking to the screen that fixes it.

Four roles, one account

Admin sees everything including the finances. Dispatcher runs the work. Supervisor covers their locations and can confirm payments. Technician gets the phone view and nothing else.

How to use it

From signup to a running schedule

Five steps. The app carries a full guide inside it once you are in, under Help.

  1. 1

    Create the account

Sign up with your company name. That first login is the admin, and your company is set up in the same moment.

  2. 2

    Work the get started list

The dashboard shows four steps and ticks them off as you go: add a customer, add technicians, schedule jobs, invite your team.

  3. 3

    Set it up your way

Settings holds your currency, timezone, services catalog, payment QR code and photo retention. Ten minutes, once.

  4. 4

    Put the schedule in

Build recurring series, or import the schedule you already keep in a spreadsheet, then assign the jobs using the distance and load suggestions.

  5. 5

    Let the field run itself

Technicians work from their phones with photo proof either side of the job. You confirm payments, watch the alerts, and raise invoices from finished work.

What a technician does

  • •Opens the site on their phone and adds it to the home screen.
  • •Sees only today: their jobs, in order.
  • •Taps Navigate and Google Maps takes them there.
  • •Starts the job. At least one before photo is required.
  • •Completes it with condition, materials used, an after photo and the customer’s signature.
  • •Records a complaint if there is one, which opens a ticket for the supervisor.
  • •Takes payment by QR or cash, and it appears in the office as a claim to confirm.

What your customer sees

  • •A private link, no login, no app to download.
  • •Their upcoming visits.
  • •Their service history.
  • •Their invoices, with line items on consolidated ones.

It reads as a company that has its act together, which is most of what a service contract gets renewed on.

Put one week of your schedule in it

That is usually enough to see it. Start on your own, or book a call and we will set it up with you and bring your current schedule across.
