WhatsApp and Phone Answering (FixerDial)

FixerDial answers WhatsApp messages and phone calls on behalf of the businesses that use it. When you message or call one of those businesses, the business decides how your information is used and FixerAI processes it on the business's behalf.

• What we process: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the messages you send and receive, call details (time, length, outcome), a written transcript or summary of the call, and any appointment you book.
• Why: to answer your enquiry, book or change an appointment, send you confirmations and reminders you asked for, and pass your enquiry to a person at the business when needed.
• Call recording: off by default. If a business turns it on, you are told at the start of the call.
• Who else handles it: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) delivers WhatsApp messages; our telephony providers carry phone calls; our AI model provider generates replies; Google Calendar holds bookings where the business uses it. Each acts only to provide that service.
• How long we keep it: for as long as the business uses FixerDial, then it is deleted within 30 days of the business leaving, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
• Your choices: reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop further messages, ask to speak to a person at any time, or email info@fixeraitech.com to see or delete your information.

Data Retention

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We utilize:

• Supabase for secure database storage with row-level security
• Workflow automation integrations with encrypted connections
• Regular security audits and updates
• Data retention policies aligned with legal requirements and service needs
